What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is based on the idea that health and wellness can be achieved through a holistic and bio-individual approach to nutrition and lifestyle. It is centered on six foundations: a nutrient dense, properly prepared, whole food diet, digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids, mineral balance and hydration. Why is it Different?
There is no “one size fits all” diet or training regimen. Instead, we will consider your individual nutrition, hydration and lifestyle factors. Everything is customized to fit your specific needs! I take a collaborative approach to work with you, as your guide, toward a whole food centric diet that includes the right nutrients to fuel your body, which might include high quality supplements to support you through this transitional process. food is just one piece of the puzzle! We will also consider lifestyle changes that will assist you in achieving your wellness goals.
