I have been dealing with gut issues, basically, my entire life. It started with self diagnosing intolerances and IBS, then went to appointments and lab tests with no results, just the same assumptions as before. In my short time working with Dr. Cohen so far, I have already seen significant improvements in the way I am preparing food and how I feel after eating. Since implementing a recommendation to consume my coffee after breakfast in the morning, my energy levels have been much higher in the early afternoon and I no longer need that midday lift me up from a second cup of coffee. My digestion and bathroom schedule is also a lot more regular and has benefitted from the many recommendations she has given me so far. Looking forward to more results!

Before I began training, I could not do a single pull-up, and I had lower back pain that prohibited me from many exercises. After a few months of working with Eliza, I was crushing pull-ups, and my pain was nearly gone. Eliza leverages her expertise as a physical therapist and a personal trainer to develop a goal-oriented fitness program that focuses on strength and recovery. What had me coming back week after week were the results! My confidence grew each session as I squatted, pressed and pulled past my fitness goals, and my wife was surprised to see I actually had back and shoulder muscles! Eliza is friendly, motivating, and training with her was the best decision I made during the pandemic!

I first met Eliza as my physical therapist. Doing almost anything was painful, I could only walk for about 15 minutes before I was in extreme pain. After the first week I already saw tons of improvement in my mobility. Fast forward a few months, I was ready to move into training. When I started training I was not 100% confident because re-injury was always in the back of my mind. But she always pushed me in the right direction and gave me the confidence to keep going. I never felt she was pushing me too much, she knew where I was improving, and I could do more; and where I needed more time and we took it slowly and carefully. I could see my improvements week to week, being able to lift more, or my endurance getting better. There was not a single day that I left the gym without feeling more confident.

Overall, Training with Eliza it’s just wonderful. She is definitely one of the most amazing, caring, kind, and knowledgeable people I know. No matter what your goals are. I am 100% sure she will help you get there. I don't think I would be where I am right now if it wasn't for all her help.
