Includes a virtual movement screen where we will look at your movement patterns to assess and get a baseline for form and mobility as well as discuss your training goals.
A virtual check in is included in each month of additional programming!
Personalized Monthly Programming - Accessory only
This option is best suited for athletes who already follow a training program but are looking to take their training to the next level or looking to take a proactive approach to decrease future injury risk.
Includes a virtual movement screen where we will look at specific movements to identify any mobility or strength imbalances side to side.
We will review your current programming, discuss your training goals and add accessory drills to address any imbalances found during your movement screen.
A virtual check in is included in each month of additional programming!
